After a several year hiatus the Quodoushka returns to Colorado in February 2012. This event will be held on February 2-5 at a to-be-disclosed location in the Boulder area. You may have heard people talk about the Quodoushka -sometimes simply referred to as “the Q.” Now will be your opportunity to experience for yourself!

The Chuluaqui Quodoushka workshops are an education in spiritual sexuality designed to expand your awareness and help you better express your natural, spiritual, sexual, healthy vibrant self. Quodoushka workshops are a unique opportunity to:

· discover, explore, and strengthen your capacity for balanced, sensuous living
· move beyond old beliefs to discover new potential

The course is about how to experience maximum pleasure in your own body and how to produce maximum pleasure in your partner. It describes and explores the functioning of the human nervous system. It addresses the nature and principles of pleasure in all areas of your life. It investigates societal attitudes regarding pleasure and self-imposed limitations.

The course includes lecture and discussion of responsible hedonism, apparent sexual dysfunctions, training your partner to pleasure you sensually, safer sex practices, handling resistance to pleasure, and the one no-vote, as well as many other topics. Your goals are identified and addresses and you are encouraged to ask any questions you have. You will have homework to do in private on Saturday following the evening session.

This in depth interactive workshop combines the teachings of Taoist and Tantric Sacred Sexual practices to take you on a journey exploring what is possible when we tap into our most powerful creative energy. A combination of knowledge and hands on practice help you to understand the physiology and energetic responses of your personal sexual and energetic systems and how you can use this to deepen your connection with your partners as well as how to focus this energy into other important areas of your life. Morning will focus on information and basic techniques. Afternoon energetic exercises will be done solo, in dyadic partnership, and with multiple partners in a safe space and always at choice as to your level of participation. Bring your questions and an open heart. (Experiential workshop please dress comfortably as we will be sitting on the floor.)

What is Sacred Sexuality?
What is the purpose of intimate tantric connection? How can tapping into kundilini energy heal and improve our relationships and our lives and deepen out connection to the Devine? In this basic introduction we will answer many of these questions and give an insight into different Sacred Sexual practices. Part lecture, part hands on practice. Bring your questions, an open heart and dress comfortably.

FACILITATOR – Robyn Trask
Leading the workshop is Robyn Trask an experienced Sacred Sex practitioner and teacher. Robyn has been a student and teacher of Sacred Sexual practices for over twenty years studying both Taoist and Tantric Sacred Sexual teachings. Throughout her twenties studied the teachings of Mantak Chia and other Sacred Sex teachers. She expanded her studies at the age of 29 when she dedicated herself to a spiritual sexual path studying the works of Margot Anond, Douglas Abrams and other Tantric practitioners. Robyn began teaching and Facilitating Sacred Sex workshops in 1998. Her approach is to integrate different types of energy within each person with intention and a holistic approach. Robyn has been a Tantra Practitioner for 23 and is working to shift the narrow paradigm of our current culture in terms of relationship choice and sexuality.

Most of us carry within us a desire for sexual expansion--whether due to feelings of sexual insecurity or as a result of some kind of sexual awakening. In Womens Sexuality Circles we find the opportunity to choose rather than inherit what we are as sexual beings. Womens Sexuality Circles offer you a chance to explore your sexuality as a woman in a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment. Susan Coates will lead you through explorations of your sexual self over the course of six rich and juicy months of themed circles, offering you a chance to reflect, connect, experience, expand, and feel supported within a community of women. As we navigate our edges, our passion, and our sometimes tentative curiosities, we choose curiosity and pleasure as an intentional path to guide our experiences together in these circles.

We spent the summer pujas focused on healing our masculine and feminine hearts, and then we empowered the masculine essence and the feminine voice. We are asking you to join us for SlutWalk, to make a unified statement about sexual assault and victims’ rights and to demand respect for all. You needn`t claim the word slut for yourself; whether a fellow slut or simply an ally, you don’t have to wear your sexual proclivities on your sleeve, we just ask that you come. Any gender-identification, any age. Singles, couples, parents, sisters, brothers, children, friends. Come walk or roll or strut or holler or stomp with us.
